House of Spades currently offers free shipping across India. If any additional charges become applicable to an order, they will be displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

House of Spades currently ships within India.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days.

Processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, public holidays, courier delays, adverse weather conditions, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared using the contact information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order enters fulfilment or is dispatched.

If an order experiences an unusual delay, is damaged during transit, or an incorrect product is delivered, please contact House of Spades so that we may review the matter and provide appropriate assistance in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
