Refund policy

At House of Spades, we want every order to reach you in the condition and quality you expect.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection.

Eligible products may be requested for exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Customers are requested to review the size chart available on the relevant product page before placing an order.

Where an exchange is requested due to an incorrect size selected by the customer, applicable reverse shipping or re-shipping charges may be communicated before the exchange is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will assist you with an appropriate replacement, exchange, or other resolution, as applicable.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Certain limited-edition, customized, or specially marked products may not be eligible for exchange. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@thehouseofspades.in within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the exchange request
  • The requested size or product, where applicable
  • Clear photographs or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and share the next steps.

Please do not send any product back without receiving exchange instructions from House of Spades.

House of Spades reserves the right to review exchange requests based on the condition of the returned product and the circumstances of the request, subject to applicable consumer law.
